  "text": "(1) The Housing (Scotland) Act 2010 is amended as follows.\n(2) In section 18(2) (co-operation with other regulators) for paragraph (f) substitute—\n“(f) the Financial Conduct Authority,\n(fa) the Prudential Regulation Authority,”.\n(3) In the provisions in sub-paragraph (4), for “Financial Services Authority”, in each place, substitute “Financial Conduct Authority”.\n(4) The provisions are—\n(a) section 30 (communication with other regulators);\n(b) section 80(2)(d) (proposals: formulation);\n(c) section 82(3)(d) (proposals: agreement);\n(d) section 87(5) (manager of registered society: extra powers);\n(e) section 94(2) (registered society’s rules: supplementary);\n(f) section 96(1)(b) (restructuring, winding up and dissolution of registered societies);\n(g) section 97(1) (restructuring of society);\n(h) section 98 (voluntary winding up of society); and\n(i) section 99 (dissolution of society).",
