# The Financial Services Act 2012 (Mutual Societies) Order 2013, Paragraph 11: Consequential amendments to primary legislation


In section 230(2)(b) of the Charities Act 2011 (Commission to consult appropriate registrar and others), for “Financial Services Authority” substitute “Financial Conduct Authority and, if the society is a PRA-authorised person within the meaning of section 2B of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000, the Prudential Regulation Authority”.
