# The Financial Services Act 2012 (Mutual Societies) Order 2013, Paragraph 15: Consequential amendments to secondary legislation


(1) In the provisions of the European Cooperative Society Regulations 2006 listed in sub-paragraph (2), for “Financial Services Authority” substitute “Financial Conduct Authority”.
(2) The provisions are—
(a) regulation 3(1)(a),
(b) regulation 8(1), and
(c) regulation 13(1).
