# The Financial Services Act 2012 (Mutual Societies) Order 2013, Paragraph 3: Consequential amendments to primary legislation


In section 22E(4)(d) of the Company Directors Disqualification Act 1986 (application of Act to societies registered under the Industrial and Provident Societies Act 1965), as inserted by section 3 of the Co-operative and Community Benefit Societies and Credit Unions Act 2010, for “Financial Services Authority” substitute “Financial Conduct Authority”.
