# The Financial Services Act 2012 (Mutual Societies) Order 2013, Paragraph 4: Consequential amendments to primary legislation


In section 229(4) of the Housing (Scotland) Act 1987 (local authority indemnities for building societies, etc.), for “Financial Services Authority” substitute “Financial Conduct Authority and the Prudential Regulation Authority”.
