  "text": "(1) In the provisions of the Housing (Scotland) Act 2001 listed in sub-paragraph (2), for “Financial Services Authority” substitute “Financial Conduct Authority”.\n(2) The provisions are—\n(a) section 59(3) (registration);\n(b) section 60(5) (removal from the register); and\n(c) section 62(3) (appeal against decision on registration or removal).",
