  "text": "The amendments made by this Order requiring the PRA to be consulted on or satisfied in relation to a matter, to approve or consent to a matter, to inform another person of a matter, to confirm a matter to another person, or to consult another person in relation to a matter, do not have effect if the Financial Services Authority was consulted on or satisfied in relation to the matter, approved or consented to the matter, informed the other person of the matter, confirmed the matter to the other person, or consulted the other person in relation to the matter before 1st April 2013.",
