# The Financial Services Act 2012 (Mutual Societies) Order 2013, Paragraph 8


In section 21(1) (interpretation)—
(a) in the definition of “annual return”, omit “to the Authority”; and
(b) at the appropriate place, insert—
““the FCA” means the Financial Conduct Authority;”.
