  "text": "(1) Section 94 (instrument of dissolution) is amended as follows.\n(2) In subsection (2)(d), for “Authority” substitute “FCA or the PRA”.\n(3) After subsection (4), insert—\n“(4A) If the society or branch is a PRA-authorised person, a copy of the instrument and declaration sent to the FCA under paragraph (4) shall be sent to the PRA.”.",
