# The Financial Services Act 2012 (Mutual Societies) Order 2013, Paragraph 20


In section 97 (notice of proceedings or order to set aside dissolution of society or branch), for “Authority”, in each place, substitute “FCA and, if the society or branch is a PRA-authorised person, the PRA”.
