# The Financial Services Act 2012 (Mutual Societies) Order 2013, Paragraph 5


(1) Section 3 (use of name “credit union”, etc.) is amended as follows.
(2) In subsection (3)(b), for “Authority” substitute “FCA”.
(3) In subsection (3A)(a), for “Part IV permission under the 2000 Act” substitute “permission under Part 4A of the 2000 Act”.
