  "text": "(1) Section 37 (powers to petition for winding up etc.) is amended as follows.\n(2) In subsections (1) and (2), for “Authority”, in each place, substitute “appropriate authority”.\n(3) For subsection (4), substitute—\n“(4) Where the High Court makes an order under subsection (3)—\n(a) if the appropriate authority is the PRA, it must give a copy of the order to the FCA; and\n(b) in any case, the FCA must keep a copy of the order in the public file of the society.”.",
