# The Financial Services Act 2012 (Mutual Societies) Order 2013, Paragraph 20


(1) Section 55 (investigations) is amended as follows.
(2) In subsection (1), for “the Authority”—
(a) in the first place, substitute “the FCA or the PRA”; and
(b) in the second place, substitute “it”.
(3) In subsection (6), for “Authority” substitute “FCA or the PRA”.
(4) In the heading, for “Authority” substitute “FCA or PRA”.
