# The Financial Services Act 2012 (Mutual Societies) Order 2013, Paragraph 28


(1) Section 78C (names to be stated in copies of the auditor’s report) is amended as follows.
(2) In subsection (1), in each place, omit “to the Authority”.
(3) In subsection (3), for “Authority” substitute “FCA”.
