In section 88(2)^f1 (voluntary winding up)—

(a)

for “to the Authority” substitute “to the FCA and, if the society is a PRA-authorised person, the PRA”; and

(b)

for “Authority shall keep the copy” substitute “FCA must keep a copy”.
