# The Financial Services Act 2012 (Mutual Societies) Order 2013, Paragraph 38


(1) Section 94 (transfer of engagements) is amended as follows.
(2) In subsection (5)(b), for “Authority” substitute “appropriate authority”.
(3) In subsection (7)(a), for “Authority” substitute “appropriate authority”.
(4) In subsection (8)—
(a) for “Authority” substitute “appropriate authority”; and
(b) for “it shall” substitute “the FCA must”.
(5) In subsection (9), for “Authority” substitute “FCA”.
