# The Financial Services Act 2012 (Mutual Societies) Order 2013, Paragraph 45


(1) Section 103 (cancellation of registration) is amended as follows.
(2) For “Authority”, in each place, substitute “FCA”.
(3) In subsection (1), after “Where” insert “, having consulted the PRA,”.
(4) In subsection (2)—
(a) after “Where” insert “, having consulted the PRA,”; and
(b) for “Part IV” substitute “Part 4A”.
(5) In subsection (3), after “if it thinks fit” insert “after consulting the PRA”.
