# The Financial Services Act 2012 (Mutual Societies) Order 2013, Paragraph 49


(1) Section 113 (evidence) is amended as follows.
(2) In subsection (1), for “Authority” substitute “FCA”.
(3) In subsections (1A) and (1B), “Authority” substitute “FCA or the PRA”.
