# The Financial Services Act 2012 (Mutual Societies) Order 2013, Paragraph 54


(1) Schedule 8A (transfer directions: modifications of Part 10) is amended as follows.
(2) For “Authority”, in each place, substitute “appropriate authority”.
(3) After paragraph 3(2), insert—
“(2ZA) The PRA must consult the FCA before requiring any particulars under sub-paragraph (2)(b).”.
(4) After paragraph 9(2), insert—
“(2ZA) The PRA must consult the FCA before requiring any particulars under sub-paragraph (2)(b).”.
