# The Financial Services Act 2012 (Mutual Societies) Order 2013, Paragraph 56


(1) Schedule 14 (settlement of disputes) is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph 1(5), for “Authority” substitute “FCA”.
(3) In the heading to paragraph 3, for “Authority” substitute “FCA and PRA”.
(4) In paragraph 3, for “Authority”, in each place, substitute “FCA and, if the society is a PRA-authorised person, the PRA”.
(5) In paragraph 6—
(a) for “Authority”, in each place, substitute “FCA”; and
(b) after sub-paragraph (2), insert—
“(3) The FCA must consult the PRA before making any such award.”.
