# The Financial Services Act 2012 (Mutual Societies) Order 2013, Paragraph 12


In section 25(4) (power of court to declare dissolution void), for “Authority”—
(a) in the first place, substitute “FCA and, if the society is a PRA-authorised person, the PRA”; and
(b) in second place, substitute “FCA”.
