# The Financial Services Act 2012 (Mutual Societies) Order 2013, Paragraph 13


(1) Section 26 (cancellation of registration) is amended as follows.
(2) For “Authority”, in each place, substitute “FCA”.
(3) After subsection (4) insert—
“(4A) The FCA must consult the PRA before cancelling under subsection (1), (2) or (3) the registration of a society which is a PRA-authorised person.”.
