# The Financial Services Act 2012 (Mutual Societies) Order 2013, Paragraph 20


(1) Section 58A (notices, hearings and appeals) is amended as follows.
(2) In subsections (1), (2), (3) and (4), for “Authority” substitute “FCA or the PRA”.
(3) In subsection (8)(d), for “Authority” substitute “FCA or PRA”.
