# The Financial Services Act 2012 (Mutual Societies) Order 2013, Paragraph 23


(1) Section 63A (disclosure of information) is amended as follows.
(2) For subsection (1)(b)(i), substitute—
“(i) the FCA;
(ia) the PRA;”.
(3) In subsections (1)(b)(ii) and (iii) and (2)(b), for “Authority” substitute “FCA or the PRA”.
