# The Financial Services Act 2012 (Mutual Societies) Order 2013, Paragraph 31


For section 77(1)(a) (information on appointed actuary to be annexed to balance sheet), substitute—
“(a) is furnished under section 78 to the FCA and, if the society is a PRA-authorised person, the PRA;
(aa) is furnished to either the FCA or the PRA at its request;”.
