# The Financial Services Act 2012 (Mutual Societies) Order 2013, Paragraph 32


(1) Section 78 (laying and furnishing of accounts and reports) is amended as follows.
(2) In subsections (1)(b), (2)(b), (3) and (4), for “Authority” substitute “FCA and, if the society is a PRA-authorised person, the PRA”.
(3) In subsection (8), for “Authority” substitute “FCA”.
