In subsection (2)(e) and (3)(b), for “Authority” substitute “appropriate authority”.

After subsection (3), insert—

“(3A)
The PRA must consult the FCA before giving its consent under subsection (3)(b).”.

In subsection (4)—

(a)

for “Authority” substitute “appropriate authority”; and

(b)
