  "text": "(1) Section 91 (conversion of friendly society into company) is amended as follows.\n(2) In subsection (2)(c), for “Authority” substitute “appropriate authority”.\n(3) After subsection (2), insert—\n“(2A) The PRA must consult the FCA before giving a confirmation under this section.”.\n(4) In subsections (4) and (5), for “Authority”, in each place, substitute “FCA”.\n(5) In subsection (6), for “Authority” substitute “appropriate authority”.",
