# The Financial Services Act 2012 (Mutual Societies) Order 2013, Paragraph 46


(1) Section 111 (evidence) is amended as follows.
(2) In subsection (1), for “Authority” substitute “FCA”.
(3) In subsections (1A) and (1B), for “Authority” substitute “FCA or the PRA”.
