  "text": "(1) Section 114 (forms of documents and power to prescribe fees) is amended as follows.\n(2) In subsection (1), for “The Authority may” substitute “Each of the FCA and the PRA may”.\n(3) After subsection (1), insert—\n“(1A) The PRA and the FCA must each consult the other before issuing a direction under this section if the document in question is required to be sent to both of them.”.\n(4) In subsection (3), for “the Authority”—\n(a) in the first place, substitute “it”; and\n(b) in the second place, substitute “each of the FCA and the PRA”.\n(5) In subsection (4), for “the Authority” substitute “each of the FCA and the PRA”.\n(6) In subsection (5), for “the Authority” substitute “the FCA or the PRA”.",
