# The Financial Services Act 2012 (Mutual Societies) Order 2013, Paragraph 51


(1) Schedule 3 (establishment, incorporation and constitution of incorporated friendly societies) is amended as follows.
(2) For “Authority”, in each place, substitute “FCA”.
(3) In paragraph 1(4), for “it” substitute “the appropriate authority”.
