Article 1 Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Financial Services Act 2012 (Mutual Societies) Order 2018, and comes into force on 6th April 2018, immediately after the coming into force of section 8(2) of the Credit Unions and Co-operative and Community Benefit Societies Act (Northern Ireland) 2016f1.
