# The Financial Services Act 2012 (Mutual Societies) Order 2018, Paragraph 3: General


Section 3I (power of PRA to restrain proposed action by FCA), as applied by paragraph 2(2)(e), has effect as if—
(a) in subsection (2)(a) the reference to regulatory powers were a reference to the functions transferred by this Order; and
(b) subsections (2)(b) and (3) were omitted.
