# The Financial Services Act 2012 (Mutual Societies) Order 2018, Paragraph 15


In section 57 (production of documents and provision of information for certain purposes)—
(a) in subsection (1) for “him” substitute “it”; and
(b) in subsection (3) for “him” substitute “it” and for “his” substitute “its”.
