In section 16 (suspension of registration of society)—

(a)

in subsection (1)—

(i)

omit “with the approval of the Department” (where those words first appear);

(ii)

for “by writing under his hand” substitute “in writing”;

(iii)

in paragraph (b) omit “with the approval of the Department, but”; and

(b)

in subsection (2) for “by writing under his hand” substitute “in writing”.
