# The Financial Services Act 2012 (Mutual Societies) Order 2018, Paragraph 10


In Article 53 (Duties of receiver or manager of credit union’s property)—
(a) in paragraph (1) omit “the registrar and”, in each place where these words appear;
(b) omit paragraph (2)(a); and
(c) in paragraph (3) omit “The registrar,”.
