  "text": "In Article 61 (Suspension of registration)—\n(a) in paragraph (1)—\n(i) for the words from “registrar” to “person,” substitute “FCA might cancel the registration of a credit union, it may, in writing and, if the society is a PRA-authorised person, after consulting”;\n(ii) in sub-paragraph (b) omit “with the consent of the Department, but”; and\n(b) in paragraph (2) for “registrar may by writing under his hand” substitute “FCA may, in writing,”.",
