# The Financial Services Act 2012 (Mutual Societies) Order 2018, Paragraph 3


In the following provisions for “he” substitute “the FCA”—
(a) Article 3(5)(a) and (b);
(b) Article 56(2);
(c) Article 57(2);
(d) Article 58(4);
(e) Article 60(1)(b); and
(f) Article 62(1)(a).
