# The Financial Services Act 2012 (Mutual Societies) Order 2018, Paragraph 5: The Drug Trafficking Offences Act 1986 (Crown Servants and Regulators etc.) Regulations 1994


In regulation 4(1) of the Drug Trafficking Offences Act 1986 (Crown Servants and Regulators etc.) Regulations 1994 (designation of persons performing regulatory etc. functions) omit sub-paragraphs (m) and (n) (which designate the Registrar of Credit Unions for Northern Ireland and the Assistant Registrar of Credit Unions for Northern Ireland for the purposes of section 36B(2)(a) of the Drug Trafficking Offences Act 1986).
