# The Financial Services Act 2012 (Mutual Societies) Order 2018, Paragraph 6: The Terrorism Act 2000 (Crown Servants and Regulators) Regulations 2001


In regulation 4 of the Terrorism Act 2000 (Crown Servants and Regulators) Regulations 2001 (disapplication of section 19 of the Terrorism Act 2000 in relation to persons performing functions of a public nature) omit paragraphs (n) and (o) (which disapply section 19 in relation to the Registrar of Credit Unions for Northern Ireland and the Assistant Registrar of Credit Unions for Northern Ireland).
