# The Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Exemption) (Amendment) Order 2006, Article 3: Amendment of the Exemption Order


In article 2 (interpretation), in the appropriate places, insert—
““credit institution” has the meaning given by the Regulated Activities Order;
“investment firm” has the meaning given by the Regulated Activities Order;”.
