# The Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Regulated Activities) (Amendment) Order 2013, Article 2: Interpretation


In this Order—
“the Act” means the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000;
“the FCA” means the Financial Conduct Authority;
“the PRA” means the Prudential Regulation Authority; and
“the Principal Order” means the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Regulated Activities) Order 2001.
