  "text": "In the Small and Medium Sized Business (Finance Platforms) Regulations 2015—\n(a) in regulation 2(1) (interpretation), after the definition of “the 2000 Act” insert—\n““broker” means a person who, as part of that person’s usual business activities, effects introductions of persons seeking finance to finance providers;”; and\n(b) in regulation 3(3) (designated banks to provide information to designated finance providers)—\n(i) at the end of sub-paragraph (c) omit “or”; and\n(ii) after sub-paragraph (d) insert—\n“; or\n(e) the application was made by a broker on behalf of the business.”.",
