# The Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Regulated Activities) (Amendment) Order 2017, Paragraph 2: Amendment to the Companies Act 1989


In section 176 of the Companies Act 1989 (power to make provision about other charges), in subsection (8), after paragraph (ba) insert—
“(bb) operating an organised trading facility;”.
