Paragraph 5 Amendment to the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Carrying on Regulated Activities by Way of Business) Order 2001
After article 3(2)(ca) of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Carrying on Regulated Activities by Way of Business) Order 2001f1 (investment business) insert—
“(cb)article 25DA (operating an organised trading facility);”.
