# The Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Regulated Activities) (Amendment) Order 2020, Article 14: Record-keeping and reporting requirements relating to relevant complaints


The FCA may make rules applying to authorised persons under the Act with respect to the keeping of records and the making of reports in relation to relevant complaints.
