# The Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Regulated Activities etc.) (Amendment) Order 2025, Article 5: Amendment of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Financial Promotion) Order 2005


In article 15(1A) of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Financial Promotion) Order 2005 (introductions), after sub-paragraph (b) insert—
“(ba) paragraph 10BA (providing relevant consumer credit) of that Schedule, in relation to an agreement—
(i) which meets each of the conditions set out in article 60F(2)(a) to (d) (exempt agreements: exemptions relating to number of repayments to be made) of the Regulated Activities Order; and
(ii) to which article 60F(7A) of that Order applies;”.
