In accordance with section 429(1) of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000, a draft of this Order has been laid before Parliament and approved by a resolution of each House;
The Treasury, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 55C and 428(3) of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 and section 118 of the Financial Services Act 2012, make the following Order:
