These Regulations may be cited as the Financial Services (Gibraltar) (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019.

(2)

This Part and Parts 4 and 5 come into force on the day after the day on which these Regulations are made.

(3)

Parts 2 and 3 come into force on exit day.
