Regulation 1 Citation and commencement
(1)
These Regulations may be cited as the Financial Services (Miscellaneous) (Amendment) (EU Exit) (No. 2) Regulations 2019.
(2)
This regulation comes into force on the day after the day on which these Regulations are made.
(3)
Regulations 2 to 9 come into force on whichever is the later of—
(a)
immediately before exit day; or
(b)
the day after the day on which these Regulations are made.
(4)
Regulation 10 comes into force on whichever is the later of—
(a)
exit day; or
(b)
the day after the day on which these Regulations are made.
